President Kalam’s Prescriptions for Bihar

President Kalam was in Patna today on a unique Mission. He addressed the joint session of both the houses. Nitish Kumar had invited him when he visited Bihar some two months ago to guide him and his political colleagues in building Bihar and making it a developed state.
I had been writing about the steps to be taken for the improvement of Bihar at my website www.drishtikona.com as well as various other websites such as www.patnadaily.com or www.bihartimes.com. I am happy that I had covered almost all the items that the Honourable President has pointed out. I did mail some letters to Laluji earlier and to Nitishji also, though they were never acknowledged.
If you have gone through some of my letters, you can go this site of the President, read the link, and can confirm if I had these points.
Bihar requires some professional project implementers. There is no dearth of finances today. What is lacking is the missionary madness to make the state developed.
Do you agree with me?
